Cherrywood aroma sweeps across malt notes of toffee, biscuit and a touch of nutiness. Mild floral English hops and a balanced malt profile lend a slight sweetness and some toffee notes that finishes moderately bitter and dry with a nuance of delicate smoke. No deli counter here, just nicely seasoned. Perfect on it’s own or paired with food, ideally by a fire listening to your favourite Bowie album.
Anarchy in the 6ix represents the eclectic music scene, the diversity of beer styles and the chaotic climate within & beyond the boarders of Toronto. Showcasing chocolate malt, naked oats and midnight wheat, this porter creates a silky smoothness with a long finish. Moderate chocolate and roast with mild hints of coffee and caramel throughout the aroma and flavor. This beer recipe is a collaboration with Tina Schönwetter (head brewer at junction brewery) the winner of the 2016 iron brewer award.

A German traditional lager with American influence. Whirlpool hops create a moderate aroma of citrus and ripe fruit notes from American cascade and New Zealand pacific jade a moderate crisp clean bitterness from water profile and German magnum complemented by a light biscuit note from Vienna and pale malts. A session-able lager that pairs perfectly with live music cranked to 11!
